No. For each treatment at each location you choose what patients see: a starting price, a fixed fee, a price range, a promotional price with its terms and end date, or no public price. When you leave a price private, patients see “Request a Price Estimate” and contact your office instead. Every published price is shown with your practice and location name, what it includes and the date your office last confirmed it.

Yes. Ranges and starting prices work well for treatment that varies from patient to patient, such as implants, dentures or orthodontics. Each price is labeled so patients know it is not a quote, and that the final fee is set after an exam.

No. MyDentalPrice does not access, publish or override the rates you have contracted with insurers, and we do not calculate what a patient's plan will pay. You can list which insurance and Medicaid/CHIP plans each location accepts. Insured patients are asked to share their plan details with your office, which confirms coverage and cost.

Your practice does. MyDentalPrice explains treatments and shows the prices you choose to publish. Diagnosis, treatment planning, the final fee and how you communicate it stay with your dentists and your office.

Today patients call your office or use your own online booking link from your location page. We are building an optional estimate and appointment request form. When it is switched on, each request goes only to the location the patient chose (or, if the patient asks, to no more than three practices), it does not collect clinical details or free-text health information, and your office is notified by email and follows up directly. It will only be switched on after a legal and security review.

Each request is tied to the practice and location the patient chose. Your dashboard shows requests received, how many your team acknowledged, estimates sent and appointments your office confirmed. Only your office can mark an appointment as booked; a click or a page view is never counted as a booking. These numbers are for your own marketing measurement and are never used to charge per patient or per referral.

Yes. One practice account can hold several locations. Each location has its own address, hours, phone number, services, insurance, Medicaid/CHIP participation, prices and the email address where its patient requests go, so patients are matched to the right office. You can invite owners, managers and staff to help keep each location up to date.

We check each dentist's license with the state dental board and confirm NPI numbers where they are provided. Then we review the listing, the services and any prices you submit. We may contact your office to confirm details or ask for changes. Nothing is published until it is approved, and changes to prices are reviewed again before they appear.

Registering and submitting your practice for review is free, and there is no subscription today. MyDentalPrice never charges per patient, per referral, per booking or a percentage of treatment. If listing or advertising plans are introduced later, they will be flat fees, explained in writing and agreed with you before anything is charged.

Licensed dental practices and the people authorized to represent them, such as owners, dentists and office managers. We are starting with practices in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas.

No. MyDentalPrice helps patients understand costs and contact participating offices, but we cannot promise any number of inquiries, appointments, accepted treatment plans or revenue.

Yes. You can pause any location at any time, for example during a remodel or when you are not taking new patients. A paused location is no longer offered to new patients, and its settings are kept so you can resume later. To leave, email info@mydentalprice.com and we will take your listing and prices off the site.

Your listing, prices and profile stop appearing on the site. Patient requests are kept only as long as needed and are deleted on a schedule after they are closed. We keep a record of account and approval changes for security and compliance. The practice dashboard does not ask you to upload patient records, and please never send health information through MyDentalPrice.

MyDentalPrice shares common ownership with Sonría Dentista, whose offices are listed as affiliated practices and are the first pilot locations. We disclose this on the site, and MyDentalPrice does not rank or score dental offices.
